Passion Fruit and Onion Tea from The Dominican Republic
This is a little unusual but effective! This tropical remedy combines the vitamin C of passion fruit with the anti-inflammatory properties of onion.Cut two passion fruits and one medium onion in half, boil together in about 4 cups of water for 10 minutes, then strain and sweeten with honey.
Ginger Tea from Cambodia
This one is a classic remedy across Asia and beyond. Ginger is a powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory root. Simply slice fresh ginger (or use powdered ginger) and steep in boiling water. Add honey or lemon for extra benefit.
Garlic Tea from Mexico

A warm, soothing drink made with turmeric, known for its anti-inflammatory benefits, and milk.Simmer one cup of milk (dairy or plant-based), stir in a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and enjoy before bed.
Lemon Leaf Tea from Mali
Lemon leaves are rich in antioxidants and can help reduce inflammation. Boil lemon leaves in water, then strain and mix with a little sugar or honey.
