UnFished PlanTuna: This plant-based, fish-free and completely vegan tuna alternative is made from soy protein and algae oils so it not only tastes like real tuna, it’s packed with the healthy omega-3’s that fish is famous for. Packaged in a tin with water, you can use it as you would any tinned tuna – as a topping on salads or pizza for a punch of protein to keep you fuller for longer, mixed with (vegan) mayo in a tuna salad sandwich, or folded into your favourite hot or cold pasta dishes for a real kick of flavour.
